Litigation Paralegal

Direct Counsel is looking for a Litigation Paralegal for an excellent boutique Law Firm located in Burbank, CA. Ideal candidates will have a strong litigation background and a desire to join a firm specialized in litigation.

Requirements

• Preparing first drafts of common litigation documents, such as discovery requests and responses, motions and supporting documents, research
• Assisting the firm’s attorneys in preparing for court appearances, depositions, prepare discovery, draft meet and confer letters, draft responses to discovery, and draft a motion to compel discovery and other proceedings
• Conducting factual research to support the firm’s cases
• Interfacing with the firm’s clients
• Managing the discovery process, including working with vendors, managing documents and other materials produced or received in discovery, and the like
