Job Description
Direct Counsel is representing an Am Law 100 firm seeking an experienced M&A Associate Attorney to join its Corporate Practice Group in the Miami office. This position offers a dynamic opportunity to work on sophisticated public and private M&A and private equity transactions, serving clients across a wide range of industries nationwide.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience with public and private M&A transactions, including private equity.
- Deep familiarity with acquisition agreements and M&A deal structures.
- Excellent drafting skills, academic credentials, and professional judgment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle high-volume, fast-paced workload.
- Experience leading due diligence teams and transaction management from inception to close.
- General corporate and corporate governance experience is a plus.
- Must be admitted to the Florida Bar or eligible for admission.
