Direct Counsel is seeking a Corporate Associate Attorney to join a premier law firm’s Corporate Practice Group. This role can be based in any of the firm’s U.S. offices, providing flexibility and access to a dynamic national platform.

Requirements

• 3 to 6 years of corporate law experience, with a focus on M&A and general corporate matters.
• Superior academic credentials from an accredited law school.
• Bar Admission: Must be licensed to practice law.
• Strong transactional drafting, negotiation, and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple deals simultaneously.
