Mid-Level Litigation Associate

Direct Counsel is partnering with a globally recognized technology and life sciences law firm seeking Litigation Associates for its dynamic and fast-growing practice. This team represents some of the world’s most innovative companies—from emerging startups to Fortune 50 leaders—on their most critical, high-stakes disputes.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in one or more of the following: Copyright, trademark, or other IP litigation, Trade secret litigation, Consumer class actions, Complex commercial disputes
• Superior academic credentials
• Excellent writing, oral advocacy, and interpersonal skills
• Bar admission in the office’s jurisdiction (or eligibility to sit/waive in)
