Patent Agent – Life Sciences

Patent Agent with 4+ years of experience in life sciences technologies, including biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, and medical devices, to join a growing IP team supporting sophisticated life sciences innovations. Opportunity to work on patent drafting, prosecution, portfolio strategy, and IP diligence, with a hybrid schedule offering two remote days per week.

Requirements

• 4+ years of patent drafting and prosecution experience
• Ph.D. in a relevant life sciences discipline
• USPTO registration or eligibility to sit for the Patent Bar
• Strong experience using patent and scientific search tools/databases
• Excellent organizational skills and deadline management

Benefits

• Base salary range: $130,000 – $170,000
