Job Description
Patent Agent with a background in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, computer science, or a related field to join a highly regarded Am Law firm. Draft and prosecute patent applications, conduct prior art searches, and collaborate with inventors and in-house counsel.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, computer science, or a closely related field.
- Registered or eligible for registration with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex scientific concepts clearly.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Team player with a proactive and collaborative approach.
