Job Description
Direct Counsel is seeking a Patent Prosecution & Litigation Technical Advisor with a background in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science to work alongside a premier team of intellectual property professionals focused on cutting-edge technologies.
Requirements
- B.S. in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science
- Experience in a Law Firm
- Prior experience in intellectual property or patent law (preferred)
- Familiarity with 3GPP wireless communication standards (5G/6G) (plus for experienced candidates)
- Exceptional writing and communication skills
- Strong academic record and analytical abilities
- Team-oriented mindset and an eagerness to learn and contribute
