Job Description
Direct Counsel is seeking a Project Finance Junior Associate Attorney to join a highly regarded law firm with offices in multiple locations. This role is ideal for a junior associate with 2-3 years of experience in project finance, including work on project financings, tax equity bridge loans, backleverage financings, or pre-NTP financings.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of project finance experience in a large regional, national, or international law firm
- Familiarity with LSTA Credit Agreements, New York law-governed Security Documents, and Project Documents (EPC contracts, Offtake Agreements, Supply Agreements, and Reliance Letters)
- Strong academic credentials
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Must reside in and be licensed (or eligible to become licensed) in New York, Miami, Dallas, Houston, Austin, or Washington, D.C.
