Projects & Energy Finance Attorney (Tax Equity) Of Counsel

Direct Counsel is seeking a Projects & Energy Finance Of Counsel to join a prestigious Am Law 100 firm. This role will focus on energy transition financing matters and is available in multiple U.S. offices.

Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice in the jurisdiction where you are applying
• Minimum 9 years of experience in energy transition finance matters
• Prior experience handling tax equity and renewable energy tax credit monetization
• Experience at an Am Law 100 firm preferred
• Strong analytical, writing, and business judgment skills
• Excellent organizational, communication, and management abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment
