Direct Counsel is seeking a Real Estate Associate Attorney (Mid-Level) to join a national law firm across multiple U.S. offices, handling acquisitions, dispositions, real estate development, land use and zoning, and commercial leasing.
Requirements
- Manage small-to-mid sized matters and key portions of larger transactions.
- Draft, review, and negotiate acquisition, disposition, development, leasing, and land use agreements.
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and third parties.
- Support the team in real estate transactional work, including due diligence and project coordination.
