Job Description
Direct Counsel is seeking a Real Estate Associate Attorney to join a highly regarded national firm. We are partnering with a nationally recognized firm to identify a Real Estate Associate with 3–5 years of experience handling general real estate transactions.
Requirements
- Support and manage complex real estate transactions from inception through closing.
- Conduct targeted legal research and analysis to support deal strategy.
- Draft and review transactional documents, including contracts, joint venture agreements, financing documents, and related correspondence.
- Collaborate with partners, associates, and business teams on deal execution.
- Maintain regular communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and firm protocols.
- Participate in professional development, firm initiatives, and pro bono opportunities.
