Job Description
Direct Counsel is seeking a Real Estate Finance Associate Attorney to join a global Am Law firm’s Real Estate Finance practice, representing financial institutions, lenders, and sophisticated borrowers in complex real estate lending transactions.
Requirements
- Represent lenders and institutional clients in commercial real estate finance transactions
- Draft and negotiate loan documents, security instruments, and related transaction materials
- Conduct due diligence and manage transaction closings
- Collaborate with attorneys across offices on national real estate finance matters
- Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and transaction stakeholders
