Requirements
- 10+ years of sophisticated real estate transactional experience at a major law firm with a national practice
- Proven record handling acquisitions, dispositions, build-to-suit leasing, ground leases, and complex commercial leases
- Strong analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills, with comfort navigating complex real estate structures and zoning issues
- Demonstrated ability to mentor junior attorneys and manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
- Must be licensed to practice law and in good standing in the state of practice
