Requirements

• 4+ years of securities litigation experience
• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
• Experience with class actions, derivative suits, regulatory investigations, or internal corporate investigations
• Superior academic credentials
• Bar admission in the relevant office's state (or eligibility to sit/waive in)
