Job Description
Direct Counsel is seeking an Associate or Counsel with 4+ years of structured finance and securitization experience to join a prestigious Am Law 100 firm.
Requirements
- Represent banks, funds, and financial institutions in structured finance transactions, with a focus on trade receivables securitizations.
- Handle transactions involving trade-related assets, such as inventory, trade credit insurance, and ABCP funding.
- Work on cross-border deals, including global trade A/R financings, and develop intercreditor arrangements.
- Provide strategic advice on off-balance sheet structuring for GAAP and IFRS compliance.
- Anticipate participation in a variety of structured financings involving different types of financial assets.
