Job Description
The Project Development & Finance Practice group is seeking a highly qualified senior associate with at least 4 years of relevant experience. Ideal candidates will bring experience with project development and/or finance, preferably gained at a large national or international law firm.
Requirements
- J.D. from a top-tier law school
- Admission to the Bar in the jurisdiction of the office of interest (or eligibility for admission)
- Minimum 4 years of experience in project development and/or finance
- Strong academic and professional credentials
- Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
