Job Description
Direct Counsel is seeking an Associate with 4 to 8 years of experience to join a prestigious Am Law 100 firm and support its Structured Finance and Securitization practice. The ideal candidate will have experience in asset-backed securities transactions and other structured finance areas, such as warehouse financing and asset-based lending.
Requirements
- Handle asset-backed securities transactions and other structured finance matters.
- Work on warehouse financing, asset-based lending, and related structured transactions.
- Represent financial institutions, investors, and other stakeholders in these complex finance transactions.
- Collaborate with a diverse, high-performing team on large-scale, multi-faceted deals.
