Job Description
Direct Counsel is seeking a Tax Associate Attorney to join a leading national law firm. This position offers the opportunity to work with a sophisticated tax practice advising clients on complex transactions across multiple industries.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience advising on some combination of mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, and international transactions
- Strong problem-solving abilities, motivation, and initiative
- Excellent client relations skills with experience managing multiple concurrent matters
- A high level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school
