Requirements

• 2+ years of tax experience at a law firm or major accounting firm
• Experience with federal tax issues, entity structuring, and M&A transactions
• LL.M. in Taxation preferred
• Strong analytical, writing, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage complex matters in a fast-paced environment
• J.D. and active bar admission (or eligibility)
