Job Description
Direct Counsel is seeking a Mid-Level Associate to join a leading Am Law 100 firm with a nationally recognized Intellectual Property practice. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney with strong litigation and counseling experience in trademark and copyright matters, along with demonstrated trial experience.
Requirements
- Represent clients in trademark and copyright litigation matters in federal courts and before the USPTO.
- Advise on IP strategy, brand protection, copyright enforcement, and media law issues.
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings and motions, and manage all stages of litigation.
- Collaborate with a high-performing team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
