Job Description
Mid-Level Trademark, Copyright & Media Associate Attorney position available at a leading Am Law 100 firm with a nationally recognized Intellectual Property practice. Responsibilities include representing clients in trademark and copyright litigation matters, advising on IP strategy, and collaborating with a high-performing team.
Requirements
- JD from a nationally recognized law school
- 4-6 years of relevant experience at a reputable law firm; Am Law 100 experience strongly preferred
- Licensed to practice in New York or California
- Strong writing and analytical skills with excellent business judgment
- Trial and courtroom experience is required
- Strong client service orientation and collaborative approach
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
