Job Description
The Fulfillment & Kitting Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations within the kitting, hand assembly, and fulfillment departments, ensuring production schedules are met while maintaining quality, efficiency, and safety standards.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing, fulfillment, packaging, or production environments
- 1-2 years of leadership or team lead experience preferred
