Automation Controls Engineer position provides process engineering production-line support, including problem solving and engineering leadership in the identification and development of new automation equipment and processes.

- troubleshoot Industrial Control Systems
- experience with Automated Assembly Equipment
- AutoCAD Skills Preferred (Electrical Schematics)
- Proficient in MS Office software

- build constructive and effective relationships
- good planning and organizational skills
- use logic and appropriate methods to solve problems
- exercise discretion and independent judgment
- knowledge of Machine Guarding Systems and Power Distribution
- Allen Bradley PLC Programming (Control Logix, SLC, PLC 5)
- Working Knowledge of Mechanical Systems as they Apply to Automation
- Proficient in Project Management
- Fact Based Problem Solving Skills (Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt Preferred)
- Lean Manufacturing Techniques Desirable
