Job Description
The HR Site Leader is responsible for the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of human resources functions, including employee relations, training, policy implementation, performance management, recruitment, affirmative action, and employment law compliance.
Requirements
- Develops and administers human resource plans, procedures, and policies.
- Plans, organizes, and controls all activities of the department.
- Maintains responsibility for compliance with OSHA rules and regulations.
- Conducts recruitment efforts for hourly workforce and assists managers in recruitment efforts for salaried workforce.
- Conducts investigations and issues suspensions/terminations for all employees.
