Job Description
The Shop Floor Manager will be responsible for ensuring a safe working environment, maintaining quality and cGMP compliance, and leading productivity. The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, working knowledge of SAP, and experience in manufacturing and/or filling of pharmaceutical products.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in manufacturing and/or development departments
- BS degree in Biological Science or equivalent
- Working knowledge of cGMP's
- Experience working with a production department of a pharmaceutical company
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
