Job Description
The Operations Manager leads the plant's manufacturing and functional operations to achieve customer satisfaction and meet critical business objectives. This position is accountable for the overall leadership and operation of the Foundry and Factory facilities in the most safe, efficient and profitable fashion consistent with Crouse – Hinds goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business from an accredited institution
- Minimum 7 years of working experience in a manufacturing environment
- Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in a manufacturing environment
