Job Description
We are seeking a Plant Controller to lead our manufacturing accounting environment and provide financial and operational leadership to drive the strategic direction of the plant. The ideal candidate has 8-15 years of accounting experience, with the last 2-5 years as a Plant Controller, and a strong analytical and strategic thought process.
Requirements
- BS/BA in Accounting, CPA preferred
- Eight or more years of relevant accounting experience, manufacturing preferred
- Track record of working in cross functional organizations and leading a team
- Excellent business partnering, influencing and presentation skills
- Strong organizational and communications skills with demonstrated ability to convey ideas to a diverse audience (Finance and Operational Partners)
