Job Description
The process engineer is responsible for improving the efficiency of the manufacturing process and managing small equipment modification projects.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (electrical, mechanical, not chemical)
- Demonstrated ability to take action to solve problems while exhibiting sound judgment and successful stress tolerance.
- Strong interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.
- Knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing Principles, SPC and Theory of Constraints (preferred)
