Job Description
The RN IIB is a staff nurse who functions at the Proficient level according to our model of clinical practice. The RN III provides direct patient care and is considered an expert in a specialty, assisting in coaching and mentoring department staff in areas of clinical and professional practice.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience required, with 1 year in specialty
- Bachelors Degree required
- 10 CEU's annually (5 within specialty)
- Registered Nurse with current Texas license
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Magnet Recognized Certification in applicable clinical specialty
