Job Description
Manage and monitor systems, troubleshoot production issues, and resolve errors. 12 hour shifts, multiple shifts in a row, with multiple days off.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Unix Systems Engineering Experience
- Ability to manage and troubleshoot large scale systems
- Passionate about Operations
- Ability to work on many tasks simultaneously
- Willingness to work in a shift model during the day
- Experience with large and distributed systems
- Knowledge of system administration tools and Networking
- Advanced working experience with scripting
- Familiarity on clustering concepts
- Advanced knowledge of Perl, PHP, Python or Ruby
- Familiarity with Agile software development practices
- Production experience with large scale system deployment tools
