Job Description
Directio is a global IT services company seeking an Accounting Payable Specialist for a French client specializing in glasses production. Responsibilities include sorting and validating invoices, seeking approval, reviewing employee expense reports, and ensuring timely and accurate disbursements.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting-related functions
- Work in a hybrid set up (3 days onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa and 2 days WFH)
- Experience using AR, AP, and GL modules within ERP systems
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google applications, and other MS Office tools
- Excellent work habits and a commitment to delivering high-quality results
- Previous experience working in a Shared Services or BPO environment
- Experience working in an international and culturally diverse organization
