Job Description
Discord is seeking an Engineering Manager for its Ads team. The successful candidate will lead a full-stack team of engineers to build and scale ads formats across the Discord product, impacting users' lives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer
- 2+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager
- Collaboration with product managers, designers, data scientists, and other engineers
- Pride in delivering a delightful experience for end users and stakeholders
- Motivation to help team members succeed and experience in growing engineers
