Job Description
We are looking for a part-time to full-time Floater/Classroom Specialist who loves working with children, enjoys variety, and thrives in a team-oriented environment.
Requirements
- 16 years of age or older
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Understanding of child development principles and early childhood education practices
- Familiarity with classroom safety and sanitation guidelines
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and work confidently in multiple classrooms
- Friendly, reliable, and calm under pressure
- A balance of creativity and practical problem-solving
