Lead Toddler Teacher

Lead Teacher responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive. Includes classroom leadership, lesson planning, mentoring support staff, maintaining strong parent communication, and fostering a positive classroom culture rooted in Montessori-inspired learning and play-based education.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• CPR & First Aid Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Experience in childcare, preschool, Montessori, or early childhood education preferred
• Degree or coursework in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, or related field preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to maintain a positive, organized, and professional classroom environment
