Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2-5 years of experience in technical support and/or systems administration
- Salesforce.com Admin (ADM201) certification preferred or willingness to obtain within first year
- 1-3 years of experience with Salesforce.com as an administrator or power user
- Basic understanding of Salesforce.com functionality and best practices
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel
- Exposure to Salesforce security settings, profiles, and permission sets
- Basic data management skills including imports, exports, and data quality
- Willingness to learn Flow Builder, DevOps, Agent Force and modern Salesforce features
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to follow established processes and procedures
- Self-motivated with eagerness to learn and develop technical skills
