Youth Mentor - Spring 2026

Discovery Ranch is seeking Youth Mentors to join our team, working with students aged 13-18 to develop new skills and advance their personal growth in a residential treatment center for boys in Utah.

Requirements

• Monitor students' daily routines and chores
• Attend and facilitate experiential activities, group therapy sessions, and outdoor recreational activities
• Assist students with academic and extracurricular goals
• Provide support to students and their families
• Maintain a safe and positive environment for students
