Job Description
Discovery Health is seeking a Talent Pool Health Coach to promote lifestyle change and support healthy habits. The Health Coach will provide coaching services, assess member needs, and connect them with relevant benefits and resources. Requirements
- Apply various coaching techniques
- Apply coaching techniques to allocated members
- Manage scheduling and appointments
- Assist members with benefit navigation
- Track and report coaching session data
- Regularly update with industry and developments
- Apply communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Registered Dietitian or Biokineticist certification
