Job Description
Deliver world-class service to Inhouse scheme stakeholders, supporting and fully resolving their queries, and effectively managing risk of benefit authorisations. Confirm Inhouse scheme benefits, accurately obtain and capture information, and service stakeholders telephonically and via other channels.

- At least 6 months working experience in a customer services or clinical environment
