Job Description
A Chef de Partie role in a 4-star hotel in York city centre, working in a modern kitchen with a focus on local and seasonal foods, and a supportive environment for career-minded chefs.
Requirements
- Experience working with fresh food in a restaurant, hotel, or gastro pub
- Ideally worked in a fresh food led kitchen, but a desire to learn is also important
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position
- Ability to work breakfast shifts and experience serving hotel breakfasts is an advantage
