Requirements
- Experienced head chef with a minimum of 3 years' experience
- Experience in menu development & costings
- Good understanding of P&L accounts, stocks, compliance and KPI's
- Self-driven and proven leadership skills
- Experience in developing and training staff
- Professional, outgoing and positive personality with excellent interpersonal skills
- Understanding of the latest allergen, H&S requirements and due diligence compliance
