HEAD CHEF, GRILL AND SMOKEHOUSE RESTAURANT, CHESTERFIELD, £44,000 PACKAGE 40 HOUR WORKING WEEK, SUPERB WORK/LIFE BALANCE INDEPENDENT GROUP, GREAT CAREER OPPORTUNITIES
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Chef in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
- Experience in Menu planning
- Experience working in a smokehouse style kitchen would be an advantage
- Experience working as a head chef in a fresh food led kitchen is a must
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food safety compliance and latest allergen regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
