Job Description
We are seeking an Engineering Technician to join our team to support the development, launch, and maintenance of wire harness production processes. The role involves translating customer and design requirements into robust, repeatable manufacturing methods.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in Electrical or Industrial Manufacturing/Engineering
- Strong knowledge of engineering procedures, process capability studies (DOEs), and change control
- Ability to analyze drawings and CAD data to determine design and manufacturing requirements
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills, both oral and written
