Job Description
We are seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee facility operations, perform preventative maintenance, and ensure all building and production equipment remain in peak working condition. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical and electrical work, experience in a manufacturing facility, and excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance specializing in mechanical and electrical work
- Experience in a food manufacturing facility
- Effective Communicator throughout all levels of the organization
- Previous Lead Technician and Supervisor experience
- Licensing in Electrical, Welding or related field preferred
- Must have valid driver’s license
