Job Description
Sales Operations Analyst role at a Supply Chain Solutions company, partnering closely with various teams to bridge the gap between service supply chain solutions and revenue growth. Empower high-performance teams to solve complex global challenges.
Requirements
- Partner closely with Sales, Account Management, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success teams
- Maintain accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue reporting
- Administer and optimize the CRM system (e.g., HubSpot)
- Develop and/or support sales playbooks, quoting processes, pricing models, and approval workflows
- Analyze sales performance metrics and identify trends/opportunities
- Support deal desk functions: review complex RFPs/RFIs, coordinate pricing & margin analysis, facilitate contract redlining handoffs to Legal
- Drive sales process improvements and technology enhancements
- Act as the go-to expert on sales data and processes
- Contribute to annual planning cycles, including quota setting, territory alignment, and capacity planning
