Clinical Sales Specialist (USA)

The Clinical Sales Specialist plays a critical role in driving the successful clinical adoption and utilization of the Dexter robotic surgery system within an assigned territory.

Requirements

• Provide hands-on clinical support for the Dexter installed base within the assigned territory.
• Support surgeons and operating room staff in the safe and effective use of Dexter before, during, and after surgical procedures.
• Deliver comprehensive clinical training for surgeons and operating room teams on Dexter usage and surgical workflows.
• Drive procedure utilization and growth of Dexter procedures within the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, OR teams, hospital leadership, and clinical stakeholders.
• Represent Distalmotion at industry conferences, trade fairs, training programs, and educational events.
