We are looking for a motivated and driven sales professional who wants to actively build market presence and win new business in Switzerland. In this role, you are a true hunter, proactively identifying and targeting new hospital accounts, generating qualified opportunities and converting them into installations.
Requirements
- University degree is an advantage
- Previous experience in medtech sales is a strong plus as well as Experience in capital equipment, robotics or service-based selling
- Ability to build relationships with surgeons, hospital management and procurement stakeholders
- Strong closing skills with the ability to move opportunities from prospecting to contract signature
- Ability to manage multi-stakeholder sales processes within hospital environments
- Solid understanding of the healthcare market and competitive landscape
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills when aligning different professional groups (clinical, IT, management)
- Experience working effectively within cross-functional and multicultural teams
- Languages: Fluent in German and English. French is a strong Plus
