Director of Finance (all genders)

We are seeking a Director of Finance to lead our Accounting and Finance function, responsible for financial operations, process improvements, and strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• 7yrs+ PQE and Big 4 trained
• Industry experience in travel and/or payments is preferred
• Experience leading high-performing teams (10+ people)
• Strong strategic, conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Positive “can do” attitude and eagerness to own and take responsibility for projects and processes
• Fluency in English (our company language) is required, and German is a nice-to-have
