Requirements
- Experience in talent sourcing, from in-house, agency or RPO models, with end-to-end experience
- Experience in recruiting across Technology roles
- Innovative and outside of the box thinker who is not afraid to express their opinion, present new ideas and is open to continuous feedback
- Ability to pivot and adapt your ways of working to achieve the best outcome, in the quickest possible time!
- Proven track record of building pipelines for both ‘active’ and ‘passive’ candidates; building a rapport throughout and ultimately closing offers!
- Curious mindset and an interest in research; open to 360-degree feedback and looking to grow
- Comfortable in the start-up environment, with a Global footprint and a very diverse team
- Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing
- Data analysis and measurement: the ability to collect, analyse, and interpret data to measure the impact of the hiring initiatives
- Tools affinity, keeping our ATS updated, and data accurate
