Job Description
DiverseLynx is a leading provider of information technology, consulting, application, IT infrastructure and IT services provider headquartered in NJ. We are seeking a Customer Service/Billing Analyst to take calls and answer emails regarding commissions from travel agents and our hotels, and to work on special projects as needed.
Requirements
- 2+ years customer service or finance experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent combination of education, experience and training
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with intermediate Excel skills and experience with MS Access and MicroStrategy reporting tool
