Job Description
DPI is seeking a Power Electronics $ Design Engineer to contribute to the design of high-efficiency AC/DC power supplies, DC/DC supplies, and solar conversion and charger circuitry. The role involves working across multiple disciplines to ensure designs meet specifications and meet safety requirements. Experience with power electronics design, magnetics, and digital/microcontroller circuits is expected.
Requirements
- BS degree in Electrical Engineering or similar engineering discipline
- 5 years demonstrated Offline and DC-DC Power Supply Design
- 10yrs preferred: Demonstrable Magnetics Design, Transformer, Inductors, Chokes
- Relocation to Eastern Tennessee (37686 area)
- Contract work to start is a possibility
